Do I need a new photoshoot?
Usually, no. We work with the property photos you already have. We review their quality and coverage first, and let you know if anything else is needed.
What photos do you need?
Clear, high-resolution photos of the rooms, exterior and details you want to feature. For walkthrough-style content, include overlapping angles, doorways and views between spaces. More useful coverage gives us more options. Send originals you own or have permission to use; a listing link helps too.
Can you create a full property walkthrough?
It depends on the photos. One image can support a short moving view of one space. A longer sequence needs clear coverage of the rooms and how they connect. We assess that first and agree what can be shown accurately. We do not invent missing rooms or promise a complete tour from a single photo.
How long does production take?
Timing depends on the number of properties, the condition of the source photos and the scope of the edit. We confirm the schedule with your quote before production begins.
Can I request changes?
Yes. You review the video before final delivery. We agree the revision scope with your quote, so you know what is included before we start.
What video formats are delivered?
The Starter Video focuses on vertical social content. Square and landscape versions can be included in a wider package. We confirm file formats and sizes for your intended channels in the quote.
Can hotels and property managers order multiple properties?
Absolutely. Our Hotel / Portfolio package can cover multiple rooms, buildings or listings, with a consistent style and an agreed schedule.
